Bad day...

Ok, so my first day fasting....breakfast, a nice 1 litre bottle of water...lunchtime? Well...i was at college ALL DAY so i needed SOMETHING to keep me going...so a small pot of strawberrys, grapes and orange slices. Not too bad...then it came to dinner time... a whole tub of those little party sausages, a pack of oreos, some cheese and bacon things and then half a bowl of angel delight :'( idiot!!!!!!!!!

My bellies going to EXPLODE! Ive asked my boyfriend for more support, i dont think he understands, i just want to love my body.

Can anyone help?
